most of the time we are able to make a pre reservation over the phone
without the need of a deposit, so you can confirm your flight first. We
are usually able to hold a pre reservation over the phone for one to two
days.

the studio/apartment rates per person or per studio/apartment?
The
rates are per person per night. There is a minimum
occupancy cost per studio/apartment type. For example, the cost
per day for a "Two to Three Person Studio" is at least the cost of 2
people sharing. If there is a third person sharing then a "3rd
person" supplement also applies.
