Reservations
Guests can make reservations directly with Village Inn Studios & Family Apartments, via our official website, by phone at +30 2695051033, or by email at info@villageinn.gr, as well as through Online Travel Agents (OTAs) or Booking Agents.
Village Inn is not responsible for services, terms, or prices offered by third-party agents that are not listed on our official website or authorized by us. Guests may request a specific room type, but reservation of a specific room is not guaranteed. Room preferences can be submitted via email and will be accommodated subject to availability.
Check-in / Check-out
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM.
Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
Guests are kindly requested to inform the reception in advance in case of late arrival.
Room Cleaning
Rooms are cleaned every two days.
During regular cleaning, bed linen and towels are replaced.
Towels are intended for in-room use only.
Extra cleaning service is available upon request at the reception.
Swimming Pool Policy
The swimming pool is open daily from 09:00 a.m. to 08:00 p.m.
Outside these hours, the pool remains closed for necessary cleaning and water treatment.
Sun beds are provided free of charge for hotel guests, subject to availability.
Children are allowed to use the swimming pool only under the constant supervision of an adult.
The property accepts no responsibility for accidents resulting from failure to comply with safety rules.
For safety reasons, guests are kindly requested to comply with all posted pool rules and regulations.
Music Policy
Guests are kindly requested to keep music played inside their rooms at a reasonable volume, so as not to disturb other guests and their holiday experience.
For the comfort of all guests, playing music is not permitted after 11:00 p.m.
Additionally, guests are asked to respect quiet hours from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., during which noise should be kept to a minimum.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted in indoor areas, such as guest rooms, restaurant, etc.
Guests may smoke only in outdoor areas or on their balconies.
Damages Policy
Please note that upon check-out, rooms will be inspected for any damages.
Any damaged or missing items must be paid for prior to the completion of check-out.
Bed linen or towels stained with henna tattoos or any other permanent stains will be considered damaged beyond use and will be charged accordingly.
Parking Area
We provide parking for guests free of charge, subject to availability.
Privacy & Personal Data
The personal data of our guests are collected and processed solely for the purposes of booking, accommodation, and providing a high-quality guest experience. All processing is carried out in full compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Security Deposit Policy
A refundable security deposit of €100 (per room) is required upon arrival.
The deposit is collected to cover any incidental charges or potential damages during the stay.
The security deposit may be collected either in cash or by credit card.
Please note that payments made by card are subject to an additional service charge.
The deposit will be fully refunded at check-out, provided that no damage, loss, or additional charges have occurred.
Accommodation Tax
Guests are kindly informed that the Accommodation Tax, as required by the Greek Government, applies to their stay. This tax is collected upon arrival and is based on the official classification of the accommodation:
- Furnished rooms/apartments: €2 per night per room.
Guests are asked to pay the tax in cash upon arrival.
Lost, Stolen & Valuables Items
Guests are solely responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings, valuables, and property during their stay. Any loss must be reported to our reception immediately.
All found items are retained for one (1) week from the date they are discovered. Village Inn is under no obligation to contact guests regarding lost or found items. Any property not claimed within one (1) week will be disposed of without further notice.
In the event that lost items are returned after departure, all shipping or courier costs must be borne by the guest, prior to shipping.
Our accommodation accepts no responsibility for stolen items and will not be liable for any financial or other compensation resulting from loss, theft, or damage to guests’ belongings. Guests must take all necessary precautions to secure their property. In the case of theft, the guest must notify our reception immediately.
Medical Assistance
We cooperate with external medical units and healthcare professionals. In the event of injury, illness, or the need for medical attention, guests should notify our reception immediately, so that assistance can be requested from our external partners.
We bear no responsibility for the services, treatment, or charges of external medical units or doctors. All such costs are the responsibility of the guest and are not included in the accommodation’s charges.
Force Majeure
The accommodation shall not be held responsible for cancellations, modifications, or interruptions of services resulting from force majeure events, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, strikes, governmental actions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
